PROCESSING TIME
Welcome to Grade A Soccer Shop. Please note that our processing time is approximately 12 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays). Business days are Mondays to Fridays. Please note that shipment and processing times are different. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly exchange or refund your payment in full if you return the item within 7 days of
your purchase. We accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging (to
spell it out: unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered and unembellished). Please note that you’re
responsible for the shipment cost on items that are being returned due to sizing issues.
Customized items (for example: items with your name, number or team logo) cannot be returned. All cancellations and customization changes can only be done within 24 hours of purchase. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part.

All cleat sales are final except for size exchange.
SHIPPING
After an order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with shipping confirmation and
the tracking number. The shipping methods used are First Class Mail 3-5 days and Priority Mail 2-3
days. If your order is determined to be lost and not delivered, we will reship or refund your order. If
your order is shown as delivered to the address on file but you haven’t received your package, it is
your responsibility to contact the postal service to locate your package. Unfortunately, those orders
aren’t eligible for a refund or reshipment. Customers will bear the reshipping cost for packages
returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
